www.nascar.com/2004/news/headlines/truck/08/30/bang_toyota/index.htmlAfter reading this story on NASCAR.com website... I'm very confused by Toyota's actions! Bang Racing with drivers Mike Skinner and Travis Kvapil are the only Toyota Teams in the Top 10 of the Craftsman Truck Series. Not only that... Toyota's only win this season was brought to them by Bang Racing's Travis Kvapil at Michigan. Why on earth would Toyota pull their support of the team that has best represented their company in the Truck Series? This does not bode well for Toyota. I guarantee you there are Toyota fans asking some hard questions right now. Not to mention all the Ford, Chevy and Dodge fans that are prolly laughing at how silly this makes Toyota look. I think they just ripped the carpet right out from under their own feet. <-- Just my 2 cents.

I think Toyota should start a NASCAR team using the celica body and Tacoma engine, im sure they would be way behind for the first couple of races or years, but eventually they would catch up and that would be neat to see.
